We made it back to Nashville. The last two weeks we were in Charlotte, NC at SIMCO for missionary training. SIMCO is an intensive 2 week training where current SIM missionaries prepare messed up people like us to thrive cross-culturally for the Kingdom! What an awesome two weeks it was! We learned everything from reporting finances to how to properly enter a new culture. We were blessed to go through training with 30 other adults and 30+ kids (we lost count after 30!). It was so convicting, encouraging and inspiring to hear everyone's story about how God had brought them to missions and where He is taking them! At times the training was tough, the days were long and the work kept piling up. But God is loving and faithful and His strength carried us through. We left Charlotte feeling affirmed in our calling and even more stoked about the ministry at Camp Langano!

Glad to see that there were so many others to encourage you in your progress. Looking forward to watching all that will be done for HIS GLORY!. Take a few moments to breath along the way. You will need it for sure as you will be holding your breath all the way across the ocean as you are flying ..... or at least I know some one else who would be doing that.! Let's get that plane all the way across the ocean on to dry land for sure.
